Kate Brown signed an executive order Tuesday declaring intemperance & drug abuse a public health problem in the state. The linked bills direct the Alcohol & Drug Policy Commission to innovate a statewide outline to tackle drug abuse protection, curing & healing. Brown said the public health announcement has 3 goals: premier, to lift public awareness about the challenges the state faces in dealing by Opium intemperance & drug abuse.
